Why is this different from previous prefabs?
We see the most previous examples as falling into two distinct categories. Firstly a large number of units aimed at the self build market which due to land scarcity is always going to have limited popularity. The other category is where MMC has been used on a site by site basis which usually means that you achieve none of the benefits of MMC. Our system takes a high end approach to design but a wholesale approach to sales.
What are the made of?
The units are made from a steel frame structure.
How much do they cost to build?
We have different costs for different specifications but all are comparable with traditional building methods. Call us for a quote on your development on 020 8960 1103.
How much will they cost to buy?
Through out-right sales they will be sold at market rate. We also hope for a large number to be sold through shared ownership schemes. This would see someone buying half of the property and paying rent on the other half.
How else can you help our business?
We are able to bring land to the table as well as helping in the marketing and disposal of sites.
What energy efficiencies do you have?
We are aiming for all of our developments to achieve Eco Homes rating Very Good.
How high can you stack them?
We have the capacity to go up to 12 stories high.
What sites are best?
The system is ideally suited to medium to high density developments in major metropolitan areas. Due to our building process we are also able to build over existing structures such as car parks and supermarkets.
Are they mortgageable?
We are working to ensure that all developments are fully mortgageable.
