Modern Methods of Construction

Text-only version of the Modern Methods of Construction Flash animation.

Scene 1

Each year the Great British weather plays havoc with house-building.

Scene 2

Buildings are engineering feats, just like cars. So why build one in a field?

Scene 3

In Japan and Scandanavia Off-site building methods are already used in the luxury housing market.

Scene 4

We build all of our homes under factory conditions relying on the best labour and materials. These precision factory conditions mean that our homes are better built than traditional homes with virtually no faults later on in their lives.

Scene 5

Once we personally sign off every single home, it leaves the factory to be transported straight to site by lorry. At this point each apartment is fully fitted with everything including fridges and washing machines.

Scene 6

Once complete, they will be indistinguishable from a traditional building, except ours look nicer. Once you move in, it's cheaper to maintain with fewer problems so you have more time to enjoy your new home.
